Federal court orders ICE to end indefinite detention for asylum seekers

A federal judge handing another setback to the Trump istration in its efforts to indefinitely detain migrants in the U.S. The judge ruled that any immigrant arrested in the state of New York must be brought before a judge within 10 days, otherwise, they must be released from custody.
